COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS

  • Confidentiality
    • You agree to keep what is shared here confidential.
  • Consent
    • You agree to ask for consent before giving advice to someone or sharing information with others outside of this group about what others have shared.
  • Care
    • You agree to take care of yourself. If something is triggering you, notice where in the past you have been triggered like this, reach out for help, make great asks. You agree to also be compassionate towards others and care for others who are in the group.
  • Consciousness
    • You agree to do your best at staying conscious, noticing when you go unconscious. You agree to notice when you stop engaging and being present and you get recommitted.
  • Contribution
    • You agree to contribute to our space. We all learn from each other and what you have to contribute is important.
  • Celebration
    • You agree to celebrate with us; to share your wins, your breakthroughs, and to celebrate other community member’s wins, sprouts, breakthroughs etc.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Create a quiet space where you will not be interrupted or distracted
  • Treat this event as if you are at a live event where you can be totally present
  • Turn off your phone
    • Prepare snacks and meals ahead of time so that they are ready when we have breaks
  • There will be short breaks throughout the day, a longer lunch break and a dinner break
  • Lots of Water
  • Have handy anything that you require for self care during the training
    • Lip balm
    • Essential Oils
    • Blankets
    • Snacks
    • Clothing Layers
  • Have your Camera On – we want to see you during this event and it will be interactive
  • Keep yourself on mute
  • Before the event familiarize yourself with how to raise your hand on Zoom
  • Before the training familiarize yourself with changing, or adding to, your name display
  • Pen and paper to take notes

The room opens at 8:40am PST each day. Please come when the room opens at 8:40am PST so we can get you checked in before the we start at the top of the hour. You won’t want to miss any of the juiciness!!

*While we aim to be complete by our scheduled end times each day, it is hard to say an exact time because of the nature of the work. So please keep the end of your day open in the event that we go over.
